Catholic Charismatic Renewal
Biography
The mission of Catholic Charismatic Renewal is to catch the Fire, Joy and Hope in the praise of the Lord. The goal is to experience the presence and power of God amidst joyful and heartfelt praise and worship!
Started in 1994 through the office of Bishop Sheridan of Colorado Springs. Deacon Chuck Matzer was appointed liaison to the Catholic Charismatic Renewal Ministry. This ministry is open to all in the community. The Charismatic Renewal Ministry has become the center of Catholic evangelization and Cathechesis.in Colorado Springs.
There have been many converts and two additional ministries in the outgrowth of this powerful Catholic experience. — Magnificat Women’s Ministry and UNBOUND prayer and healing Ministry.

Catholic Charities – Basic Needs Program
Biography
Provides emergency financial assistance for utility, rent, and mortgage payments and financial coaching and education to prevent future financial crises. Apply at office locations in New Castle, Kent, and Sussex Counties, Delaware and Somerset County, Maryland. Food cooperative programs are located at Casa San Francisco, a homeless shelter in Milton, DE; Seton Center, a multipurpose community center in Princess Anne, MD; and Bayard House, a residential maternity home in Wilmington, DE. Emergency food pantries are located at Casa and Seton Center. Clothing, small household items, furniture and bedding are available at low cost at Wilmington Thrift Center. Clothing available at Seton Center.
Catholic Charities – Bayard House
Biography
Provides residential, educational, and referral services twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, to homeless, pregnant teens and young women. Bayard House is the only licensed residential program in Delaware providing direct client care service twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, to at-risk, homeless, pregnant and/or newly parenting adolescents, young women and their babies.

Catholic Charities – Counseling Services
Biography
Provides routine outpatient mental health counseling for persons experiencing depression, anxiety, or a sudden change in their life, such as job loss, death of a loved one, or a physical injury, couples who are having stress in their relationship, or families whose children are experiencing behavioral problems. In Delaware, Counseling Services also provides addiction and substance abuse counseling for persons in recovery to support a client’s abstinence, helping to avoid relapse.
