Biography
We, the Missionary Sisters of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, are called to be the Heart of God
on earth. In fidelity to our charism as expressed by our founders, we witness to God’s love
among ourselves and others in a spirit of dialogue, compassion, service, and availability.
With one heart and one mission, we commit ourselves to respond in creative ways to the
changing realities of our international congregation and our fragmented world.
Our mission urges us to:
• seek on-going conversion of heart and mind,
• embrace our diverse gifts,
• be instruments of reconciliation.
• discern in openness and faith,
• reach out to the poor and marginalized,
• enter into solidarity and collaboration with others,
• and promote justice, peace and integrity of creation.
