Organizations may set up an annuity program for their benefit.

Nonprofit organizations may use NCCF to help their donors establish gift annuities to benefit their organization. We will assist charities in presenting the Charitable Gift Annuity option to their constituents. When the annuitant of a charitable gift annuity passes away, the residuum amount will be transferred into a donor advised fund set up for the organization.  This allows the organization to utilize the many benefits of our donor advised fund program and utilize the fund as needed by the organization. Benefits for an organization to partner with NCCF for gift administration:
  1. NCCF has been in existence since 1997.
  2. We are registered to administer gift annuities in all states except Hawaii (we meet all the unique legal requirements by each state such as assets invested separately for California).
  3. We take on all the liability and risk associated with a gift annuity program.
  4. There is no cost to the organization.
  5. We take care of all the administrative work such as payment disbursements and tax statements to annuitants.
  6. The annuities are guaranteed by the assets of NCCF.
  7. Our minimum annuity is $10,000 and if the annuitant takes out an additional annuity it can start at $5,000.
  8. The age requirement is 50 for a deferred annuity and 60 for an immediate annuity.
