Church Affairs Council

The purpose of the Church Affairs Council is twofold:

• In cases where the NCCF trustees are unable to agree, to decide on whether or not a distribution request from a donor contravenes the teachings of the Catholic Church.
• When no donor intent exists, to inform the NCCF trustees of the funding priorities of the U.S. Conference of Bishops.
• Identify the priorities of the Church in the US
