Karen Cullinan

Karen serves as the Senior Planned Giving O􀀁icer for the Augustine Institute. She began her career in finance and currently helps Catholic donors achieve their charitable goals using complex assets and through their estate plans. She holds a master’s degree in counseling from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi and a bachelor’s degree from the American University in Washington DC. Her professional credentials include a Fellow in Charitable Gift Planning and the Certified Fund Raising Executive designation. Karen’s career in charitable giving spans more than 20 years working in higher education and for religious organizations. Past board experience includes the Arthritis Foundation and Youth Emergency Services in Nebraska, The Salvation Army of the Coastal Bend, and she is past president of the Association of Fundraising Professionals Coastal Bend Chapter.

Karen lives on North Padre Island in Corpus Christi, Texas, and is a parishioner of St. Andrew by the Sea.
